Dorset Blue Vinny Baked Mushrooms

Serves 4 / Easy

 

Ingredients

4 large field mushrooms

100g Dorset Blue, crumbled

30g walnuts, toasted and roughly chopped

15g butter, cut into small pieces

rocket leaves, to serve

 

Heat oven to 200C/fan 180C/gas 6. Carefully de-stalk the mushrooms and place them on a baking tray. Scatter over the crumbled cheese, walnuts, and butter. 

 

Place in the oven and cook for 10 mins until the cheese is melted and the mushrooms are softened. Arrange some rocket or salad leaves on plates with the mushrooms.
