Delivery Info

We send all our orders out weekly on a Wednesday. All orders need to be received by 3.30pm on a Tuesday to ensure they meet the Wednesday deadline. Orders received after this time may need to be held over until the following week. If you have any queries please email orders@dorsetblue.co.uk

We send all our parcels via Royal Mail 24 tracked delivery and our post and packaging fee is £6.95. We send to all regions of the United Kingdom including Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

We are also able to send to Jersey and Guernsey but please contact the office via email orders@dorsetblue.co.uk to confirm delivery details so that we can confirm the post and packing cost.

We regret we are unable to send our products to other countries.

Once the orders have been dispatched from our premises we cannot guarantee the time in transit.

We require the correct delivery postcode in full to be able send your parcel.

If you are asking us to send to more than one address, please place the orders separately to ensure sufficient post and package costs are included.

If you are unlikely to be home, it may be beneficial to have your order shipped to your work address or to a neighbour/friend's house, or leave instructions where the postman can leave your parcel safely at your address.

Please note - if a parcel is left, it shall be at your own risk, we cannot take responsibility for any parcels that go missing.

Please provide us with any necessary delivery instructions!

Cut cheese is wrapped in wax paper, and delivered with an ice pack, unless it's particularly cold weather. It has a shelf life of 3 weeks.

Please include any special instructions, gift messages, etc in the 'Notes/Gift Message' section when you place your order.
