We endeavour to ensure all orders are delivered as quickly as possible but please do bear with us.

All orders to Mainland UK, Wales and Scottish lowlands have a standard delivery charge of £5.95.

Unfortunately deliveries to Northern Ireland, British Islands & parts of Scotland incur a higher delivery cost. If you are looking for a delivery to one of the following postcodes, please contact us for a price. The prices given below are only a GUIDELINE and are subject to change depending on the weight of the parcel and availability of couriers...

If you would like your order shipped to the Scottish Highlands, N.Ireland or any Islands (Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Jersey, etc) please contact us BEFORE placing your order via email (orders@dorsetblue.co.uk) or call us on 01963 23133 to arrange delivery.
We can also send by Royal Mail which will have slightly different charges to the courier fees above, but please phone to discuss with us before placing an order. Thank you.

We ship orders Monday to Wednesday, for delivery Tuesday to Thursday (excluding Bank Holidays)
All orders leave our premises on a next day delivery, however, we cannot guarantee the time in transit once it has left our premises.

If you are asking us to send to more than one address, please place the orders separately to ensure post and package costs are included for each delivery.
Due to the nature and shelf life of cheese, if you are not in to sign for your order, the courier shall be instructed to leave your delivery in a safe place unless otherwise instructed by the customer. Please note - if a parcel is left, it shall be at your own risk, we cannot take responsibility for any parcels that go missing if you are not in to sign for them.
If you are unlikely to be home, it may be beneficial to have your order shipped to your work address or to a neighbour/friend's house, or leave instructions where the courier can leave your parcel safely at your address.

Cut cheese is wrapped in wax paper, and delivered with an ice pack, unless it's particularly cold weather. It has a shelf life of 3 weeks.
Please include any special instructions, gift messages, etc in the 'Notes/Gift Message' section when you place your order.
