Dorset Blue Vinny Crostini with Woodbridge Chutney
Makes 24 Crostini / Very Easy
1 large or 2 medium baguettes
Drizzle of olive oil
75g of Dorset Blue cheese, crumbled
1 jar of Dorset Blue Woodbridge Chutney
Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/ gas 4. Cut the bread into 24, 1cm thick, diagonal slices and arrange them on a baking sheet.
Drizzle lightly with olive oil and bake for 5-10 minutes, until golden. Leave to cool slightly on a wire rack.
Once cooled, top each one with a dollop of Woodbridge Chutney then crumble Dorset Blue Vinny over the top
Serve either as a starter or as canapes at a dinner party to wow your guests with a truly marvellous flavour sensation.
