Our Recipe of the Month was created by the lovely Philippa Daivs for The Field Magazine.

Philippa is the Food writer for The Field Magazine and creates a delicious range of recipes for them. She travels the world, working as a private chef, catering for hunting, shooting and fishing parties. The Field Magazine specialise in all things countryside- shooting, racing, cooking and have a true love for the outdoors.

They have created a recipe for a Double Baked Blue Cheese, Bacon & Crushed Walnuts Soufflé- it's delicious!
